The reviews for the Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat are good, but they are not the best we've seen. About 70% of the reviews we found during our research give this car seat 4 or 5 stars out of a possible 5 star rating. However, some of the reviews lead us to score this product as 3 stars.
The people that gave the Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat good reviews like the fact that it is light weight so it is easier to move in and out of the car. It fits into shopping carts and Graco strollers so you can run errands without disturbing your baby. The seat can also be moved to another car without the base which attaches and detaches easily.
There were some problems that a lot of reviewers had for the Graco Snugride however. A lot of reviewers have a problem with the location of the buckles for adjusting the harness. They are at the back of the seat which makes it difficult to move the harness straps especially if the seat and your baby are already in the car. The head rest has a sort of plastic material that gets hot if it is in the sun. Several reviewers also complained of the cheap quality of the carrying handle.
There are a number of extremely positive reviews for the Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat but there are also more than a few that are quite negative. According to our research this is a decent car seat but you can definitely get a much better one for the same amount of money and if you are considering purchasing this car seat we would recommend that you shop around a little more and choose a different one.
